Every Telemeter is completely sealed, and contains a high gain amplifier, analog to digital converter, and antenna. The fully-implantable Telemeter is ideal for intraperitoneal placement.
All new 5 series Telemeters can be configured by the user for up to 16 different channel frequecies as well as using the TR190 Configurator (ConfigSoft) to run diagnostics and put units into low power Safe mode when data recording is not required.
Telemeters are biocompatible with high-quality flexible leads for detection of biopotential events (e.g. ECG, EEG), pressure, low amplitude nerve activity (SNA) and tissue oxygen.
Telemeters are recharged using the TR180 SmartPad which contains our patented wireless power energy transfer technology. This allows the battery to be recharged while still in the animal, and monitoring is possible for the lifetime of the animal. There is no need to replace the battery so you will never be without your transmitters while you wait for battery refurbishment.
