We recognize that existing customers have made an investment in Telemetry Systems and we are commited to support current systems as well as provide an opportunity to transition to the newer systems over time.

Existing System Support & Transition

Telemetry Research will continue to provide support for existing systems for up to four (4) years from July 1, 2011, except in countries where there are requirements for a minimum number of years support longer than 4 years from the date of purchase.

During this time we will encourage users to upgrade their systems to the latest SmartPad / Configurator technology.  We recognize that there are challenges and difficulties in upgrading existing systems; however the aim is that over the next four years we can try to assist in planning a program to help customers through a transition.

We will always be available to discuss and assist with any issues and solutions on a case-by-case basis.
