Telemetry Research Limited was founded in 2004 to take products developed from physiological research to market. The company was built upon extensive research at the University of Auckland in the field of inductive power transfer, and in the monitoring of sympathetic nerve activity.
These twin threads of research were brought together by the Bioengineering Institute, which has an international reputation for innovative research and successful commercialisation of ideas. The company continues to have a close relationship with the Institute.
Starting as a research and development company working full time on research projects to develop instrumentation, Telemetry Research has now grown to a full service company providing sales, marketing, and manufacturing in addition to ongoing research and development.
We provide sales support to customers around the globe, directly or via resellers to over 30 countries. Our principal resellers are ADInstruments with offices in all major locations worldwide, and Millar Instruments in North America.
